If his electrolytes dropped, then it could easily last a week maybe more And since many others(including myself) here have experienced electrolytic imbalance with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , then I think it's safe to say that the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement could have likely played a part in his condition also.
