Sorry to butt in again, Tom, but the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is only active for a little over ONE hour in the body. Actually, about an hour and fifteen minutes, according to my university lab work.
It can stir things up while it kills pathogens, but that won't happen if one goes SLOWLY.
It is common in our society to want to do things really fast, but that is NOT appropriate with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
Slowly and gradually will bring about much more positive results.
GOOD CALL on the vitamin C, however, it is not necessary to take it for 4 or 5 days. One packet of "emergen-C" will deactivate the mms IMMEDIATELY on contact.
