Re: MMS nightmare experience -- beware
Thank you for the replies.
I've been taking about 6 grams of vitamin C daily (because it's cheap stuff, probably not absorbed too well), and I always drink plenty of water.
As far as not coming up with the risks involved, I somehow missed it causing electrolyte imbalances. I did know about it messing with the thyroid, but my thyroid is fine (or at least I've had blood-work done several times and it's always come back normal), so I didn't think about it. It doesn't seem like my electrolytes are out of whack, at least normally; I eat a tablespoon of
Sea Salt every day, along with a proportionate amount of potassium and 6+ cups of water.
If I didn't make it clear, I did not go to the emergency room, since the initial shock of chest pain cleared up within minutes, and the headaches and such only showed up over the next couple days. Also, I at first thought this was just an adrenal crash, and by the time I realized it wasn't, it was (sloooowly) getting better.
I actually woke up this morning feeling the best I have since this all started, as if I'd written it out of me when making my first post. So, I think I'll be okay, though I still feel like I dodged a bullet. I really just wanted to get my experience out there for anyone who wasn't aware of the risk involved, if nothing else so someone wouldn't have a similar experience and then react badly, ie, putting down alternative medicine/supplements/self-healing/etc. I've seen evidence
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement has helped many people, unfortunately I just wasn't one of them.
