So which should I buy for a nebulizeer? Will someone please answer this question?

I have taken ionic silver and it did nothing for me at all- thts why I asked which was best.
How can I know who to listen to? I thouht mesosilver and utopia were the best-- now people are saying no it's not.
How am I supposed to get any real information????
