Hey everybody!I did a 20 day Water Fast some time ago and I broke it with coconut water and bananas.However,I am starting a second 28 day Water Fast tomorrow and I was wondering, since by that time there will be beautiful, fresh melons and watermelons out , is it maybe better to break it with small pieces of such watery fruit, or are they too sugar-packed for that purpose?
An other idea I have is to eat boiled zucchini for a couple of days...any ideas would be great...:)
