Eat more low carb vegetables. They have plenty of potassium and other minerals. 100mg of magnesium supplements a day is not enough. I suggest you take at least 100mg 3x a day. Getting enough calcium, zinc, selenium and other minerals is very important. Stay away from potassium pills they can damaage your digestive system. If you must take potassium supplements, then get a powder and mix it well with plenty of water before drinking it.
