Re: Anyone else with Adrenal Fatigue / Insomnia experienced chronic tendon problems?
Since you are so underweight, it may be a good idea to eat plenty of nuts and seeds such as sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, etc. These have plenty of magnesium and also have other minerals. If you don't get plenty of sunlight, I suggest that you take a vitamin D supplement, 5,000IU a day.
Magnesium malate and calcium citrate supplements would be a good idea. Take you B vatamin supplements early in the day, as taking them within 6 hours of trying to sleep might disturb your sleep. Getting enough exercise is crucial. Also having the temperature on the low side will help you get to sleep. Don't eat anything for several hours before you plan to sleep. Cut down on your caffeine intake, and only drink coffee or other caffeinated beverages in the morning.
If you don't have high blood pressure, I suggest that you drink two cups a day of Licorice root tea. It will help reduce pain and inflamation. Another thing to help reduce inflamation is MSM, 1,000 mg 2 or 3 times a day. Turmeric also helps fight inflamation. If you can't find turmeric easily then get curry powder, which has plenty of turmeric in it.
