I use the Thorne Molybdenum 1,000 mcg. It is around $6 for 60 capsules in the US. Sometimes I just swallow the capsule, while at other times I open the capsule and divide it into 2 doses. It is the most economical molybdenum supplement I have found. Molybdenum is great help in neutralizing the aldehydes produced by candida. I have heard that molybdenum is also the best hangover remedy(the body metabolizes alcohol down to aldehydes). Molybdenum also is part of the enzyme that netralizes sulphites.
