I've read your list of the supplements, and it looks a lot like my own. Oddly enough, just this weekend I purchased the Molybdenum, this was mainly because I hate the die-off symptoms, and seem to be experiencing them now more than ever. My question is, has it helped you in that area, or do you use it for another reason? By the way, how long have you been using it?
