Re: will the LF help w/ sinus allergies?

This thread has been so encouraging for me... i started doing flushes because of what my ENT doctor said are 'unexplainable onset of inflamed turbinates' which basically equates to congestion and mucous all year round in my nose/sinuses with no underlying specific allergy... he of course told me just to live with it and handed me a bottle of nasal steroids... anyway, i am doing flush 5 tonight and hope to see improvement as i continue... thanks and keep posting the sinus/allergy success stories!!!!!!!!!!
