Re: will the LF help w/ sinus allergies?
This is my main reason for doing the LF. I was at a point where I had sneezing fits that lasted for 8 hours straight everytime I cleaned my house. This of course became a viscious cycle: the more the dust -the worse the allegy problem- the less I cleaned -the more the dust- and so fourth. I also couldn't be around people who had cats, and couldn't take walks in the countryside.
To date I have done 6 flushes and I can finally say that (slowly)its getting better. People often say that their releif from allergy symptoms snuck up on them. I was waiting for the day when suddenly I had no allergies but it has been very gradual. For instance I haven't had any "attacks" since after my 4th flush. I heard on the news that the pollen index was high but didn't notice it. And last weekend I went for a walk in the countryside (I wasn't actually around farm animals or hay but there were some wildflowers.)
I definately feel that I am on the right track. Antihistamines either knock me out or they don't work, and this is the first thing that has given me any lasting releif.
A word of warning: I had really awful attacks the day after my first 4 flushes. Be prepared.
