Ok guys so I cheated a little bit, I had some peanut butter and a couple bites of ice cream. I know thats not good but oh well, I did really well through out the day and tomorrow will only be that much easier. Anyway, I feel like Water Fasting for the next 3 days or so.
I thought I would share my measurements and update them each week to hopefully inspire others!
Bust=39 inches
Under Bust=34 inches
Waist=28.5 inches
Hip bone Area/Love handles lol!= 35 inches
Hips=39-40 inches
Upper Thigh=23 inches
I do not own a scale so I wont be able to measure weight loss every week exactly but I started out at 147 like I said.
