Depends on your body and what your healthy weight is. If your body weight is healthy, you won't keep losing weight. During my longest fast, I didn't lose weight for that last 20 days but my hunger hadn't returned so I continued for health reasons. When my hunger did return, I stopped fasting. It was disappointing because I had about 20 more pounds to lose, but my body was not o.k. with letting go of that last 20 pounds...
