I have asked this question before about alternating day of juices with water, some said its a good idea while others said choose one or the other.
I spent about 2 1/2 weeks doing intermittent fasting receiving great results, only to return back to my old unhealthy habits for the past week. Well Im ready to begin with my fast again.
This time I am going to stick with my original plan, alternate water with juices/smoothies/broths every other day. I am doing this because I do want to keep up with my exercise. If I feel the need to do a couple days on water here and there, then I will do that.
I ordered some wheat grass stuff online, so I will be
Water Fasting until that arrives, 5 days maybe? And then begin with my juicing. I am really excited for this.
I am going on a trip in about a month also, so hopefully this will motivate me. I want to feel my best!
