Being on any kind of liquid fast certainly helps but the actual "secret" is being very well hydrated and doing it 1st thing in the morning on an "empty stomach". Doing the lax tea or Oxy since you mentioned it before at bedtime the night before also helps to lossen things up. Last but not least doing the morning routine as I described in my previous post. Did you try drinking a qt of water 1 hr after the SWF as I describe,. if you weren't passing anything?. These things are not in the book but trust me after 10 years experience and sharing info on this forum one learns a few tricks. There is also a post in the FAQ with recomendation from an Ayurvedic doctor. Oh, also, did you drink it down all at once or did you take a while to get it all down? I slam mine in 20 sec +/-
