The Salt in the Salt Water Flush.

I'm preparing to do some Colon Cleansing using Stanley Burroughs 'Salt Water Flush', as mentioned in his book " The Master Cleanser ".
This has probably been discussed here before, but I'm new to this particular forum. For those of you who are 'into' the SWF, what kind of Salt do you use?
I have two at my disposal...Celtic Sea Salt and Himalayan Rock Salt.....WY
