Colon Cleanse or Colon Rinse?

Thanks Pepe for your detailed explanation. I see now that the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is a rinse rather than a cleanse. I have some Psyllium and Clay to use for a cleanse, but that gets more involved than a simple rinse (or flush), and I imagine one can get very creative in the effort.
I did a couple of SWFs many years ago....one success...one failure. I've never done a Colon Cleanse.
My plan was to take Oxypowder the night before, and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) upon arising. I've never taken a Laxative Tea. However, I'm very anxious to try the SWF, so I'm going to do one in a few hours without being completely prepared (I didn't take the OP last night)....Drum Roll please.
I'll post again tonight as to how things went.....WY
