My interpretation of the news article is a group of people making a positive step to overcome issues such as over population. I think it is great to see these wealthy people donate their fortunes to those who really need it.
IMO, there is no secret, otherwise you wouldn’t have a post about this if it was.

In my view, these third world countries where their health systems are very poor and where these people do not have access to good health education and health care in general, are very restricted in terms of the issue of birth control. They may not choose to have as many children as they do, it is because there is a huge lack of education and birth control options, that is available to them.

I think it is wonderful to see people outside of the government have concern on a global scale, and are digging dip to help out.

There is no Conspiracy at all, in my view. They get together and have a chat for a common purpose, good for them I say.
