Another good analysis, though the fungal hypothesis is difficult to prove without a biopsy, and as some have pointed out in the past, the biopsy may not uncover all microorganisms. The spit test is unreliable according to an oral pathologist. I had multiple stool tests to discover my Candida parapsilosis overgrowth, and later to see that it had been eliminated.

My current strategy is basically to do nothing, and I'm looking into allergy testing to once and for all rule out that hypothesis or uncover any sensitivities.
