Thank you for responding and, indeed, for reminding me once again of the wonders of castor oil.

I shall order the relevant ingredients and perhaps follow the three-days-on, four-days-off protocol advised by Edgar Cayce over the coming month or so. I have been applying a castor oil plaster to a lump behind me ear (lymphatic congestion, apparently) and I can actually feel it working.
