I am afraid that psychologically once something starts to make you physically sick it is going to continue. The mind has a memory for what it considers as poison and has the ability to set in progress a vomit process that will regurgitate the offending substance even after it has passed through the stomach and into upper digestive tract.
Vomiting is a complex, coordinated reflex orchestrated by the vomiting centre of the brain. It responds to signals coming from:

The mouth, stomach, and intestines
The bloodstream, which may contain medicines or infections
The balancing systems in the ear (motion sickness)
The brain itself, including unsettling sights, smells, or thoughts

Not being keen on olive or grapefruit juice is a major impediment too flushing.

Have you got good uncontaminated "Real olive oil" which is not filtered and looks cloudy?

Most people think that by purchasing "extra virgin" olive oil they are getting high quality oil but a label reading extra virgin is no guarantee of quality. Extra virgin oil should have a free oleic acid acidity of no more than one percent, whereas ordinary virgin olive oil can have an acidity of up to 3.3 percent.

Lower quality oils can be refined to bring the acidity down so they can be labelled as extra virgin. To complicate matters even more, the term "extra virgin" has no official meaning in the United States.

Chemicals can be added to the olive to make it look clear and more appealing.

For one thing, nowhere does it say that extra virgin olive oil has to be made 100% from olives. As much as 20% hazelnut oil can be added to olive oil by unscrupulous manufacturers and still be undetectable to the consumer.

To ensure that they are eating the most healthful oil? Find an extra virgin olive oil that is cold pressed, unfiltered, and looks cloudy. The oil should be packaged in dark glass bottles to protect it from the damaging effects of light. Real olive oil is still made in small estate bottled settings.

Do you mix the olive oil and grapefruit together in a shaker to produce a fine emulsion?

Nausea felt during the flush process can indicate stimulation of the gall bladder and/or liver. Taking one hydrochloric acid tablet at bedtime may reduce any nausea during the night. If you have a tendency to get nauseated from oil, try taking 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera juice after your doses of oil and citrus juice or drink some pineapple juice. Placing a hot water bottle over the liver area (under the right ribcage) during the night might also help relieve nausea. Also trusty ginger added to flush potion.

Notwithstanding the above, and you have good product that are combined well but are still sick you may have to wait a while before attempting another flush and then consider alternative ingredients.

Macadamia nut oil, sunflower, flaxseed oil and even canola oil can be obtained from cold pressed organic crops.

Some people have a specific reaction to grapefruits and they are known for increase the effects of drugs because they allow the blood to absorb more than usual. Lemon has two and half times the acid level of grapefruits and in many ways offer a better solution to flushing as you can take less but this may still not be good enough to overcome the psychological factors.

Here is a table that illustrates the acidic level of some fruits and the predominant acid they contain. (The number is the tritrable acidity of tartaric). These fruits do not contain the same Sugar contenet.
