i'm male, 32, and work out regularly 3-4x a week. by appearances, im in excellent shape but i know that im not quite where i want to be healthwise. i get terribly winded during physical activity; sweat profusely; brain fog; insomnia... etc. these are the symptoms that i've been dealing with for the past 12 years since my bout with major Depression which left me to become half the person that i use to be mentally and physically.
i will be continuing with flushing every 2 weeks and will report back with any changes.
