I think that improvement is going to vary from one individual to the next. It all depends on your state of health when starting, in addition to your habits before finding this method, and your body's ability to deal with the stresses of those habits; which may be better or worse than the next person.
I have seen great improvement over the last 15 - 16 months, but bear in mind that I have changed my diet considerably (read the rest of my posts) AND did several Bowel cleanses. I am also doing kidney cleanses between flushes with
Watermelon seed tea, which I drink two to three times a week between flushes. In addition, I oil pull and exercise regularly 5 or 6 x 1.5 hours a week.
Put the package together and I think the end result is a synergy... not anything I can put a definitive finger on. That said, I think my
Liver Flushes have been directly responsible for increased energy and an apparent increase in metabolism. In addition, I believe that my assimilation of the food and/or supplements I take has improved greatly (my goal is to reduce supplement intake to green foods only). My skin is also much clearer and even though I am 50, people often (almost always) mistake me for someone in my middle to late 30s as I have good skin and do not have any facial wrinkles... the thing that gives me away is a graying beard and the beginnings of graying on my head. I also tend to sleep better at night… except for last night; I think my system went into overdrive!
