9th Flush

Number nine coming to a close... started yesterday with the 6 and 8 Epson Salts, the OO\GFJ at 10 lied down on my back for 25 minutes or so and then rolled over on my right side to fall asleep.

Woke up and did the ES at 7:15 and 9:15... oil swish\pulled at 10:15 and then exercised for 1.5 hours. Took a salt water enema followed by a coffee retention enema in the early afternoon followed by a detox bath.

Ate my first solid meal since my 1:30 lunch yesterday about 5:30 P.M.

Released about 30 stones in all, however the stones were consistently larger than my other flushes (no small ones) with the smallest the size of a large pea and the largest one I have passed yet (I did not measure it, however it was the size of the end of my middle finger from the last joint to tip and same size in circumference).

I also released what appeared to be old bile, which I have never seen before. I feel great and think this was a very successful flush and detox day. I have been a little more cautious in preparation and post flush eating and drinking as mineral rich of a diet as I can before and after the flush in order to avoid the sluggishness I have felt after other flushes. It has seemed to help me quite a bit.
