You should consider the Iodine companion nutrients, especially selenium. You absolutely need selenium to ABSORB iodine. I've found Vitamin C and magnesium help also.
Also, progesterone will help increase the uptake of Iodine into your cells and boost your thyroid and temperature. Just be sure not to overdo the progesterone.
