Re: Is sunlight acidic or acidifying?

Why wouldn't sunlight be acidic or acidifying?

Check first the definition of a Lewis acid.

Then Photoelectric effect and Vitamin D production from the sun.

Then if the sun helps produce vitamin D, a Lewis acid, then the sun is acidifying.

QED

WIEL

Twisting wording IS NOT going to help your case.  What Moreless CLEARLY stated was that sunlight itself was acidic, which is completely false as so many of his other claims have also been proven to be.  Show us proof that the photons of sunlight has an acidic pH.  When you cannot do this everyone here will know that this is just another made up scientific claim.

While you are trying hard to back the sunlight is acidic bogus claim why don't you also try to explain to everyone here how the "photoelectric effect" backs your claim.  Photoelectic effect involves the release of electrons from certain substances when exposed to light.  So are you really implying now that electrons have a pH?

Just like the statement about Lewis acid, which is electron pair receptor.  And how does this back the bogus claim that sunlight has an acidic pH?

I would also like to see your proof that vitamin D is a Lewis acid as you state.
