I agree, I am NUTS for nuts. I drink Almond milk and eat a wide range of nuts and seeds.
Flax seed, freshly ground, goes into every smoothie I make.
But I was wondering about yogurt. If it is organic and not pasturized, and of course it has all those "beneficial bacteria", then it isn't bad for me is it? Not like milk is, right?
I don't know if I am getting enough calcium or not, I don't eat a lot of what I do eat...
