Yea, it is very good that u eat a good and healthy Diet and I am sure, ur body do benefit from it.

Regarding yogurt (even if it is raw).. I am not that positive as u possibly are about it. Milk products are not good for u. And if u want to create a better flora in ur body (which basically u get anyway if u eat a plenty of raw and good stuff) then, I heard, there is kefir water (sorry, its after a midnight here and exact name of it just slip out of my mind now) which works wonders in ur bowl but it is not milk based. I can't get it in here, at least in the town I am living now (I am from Russia).. so I just do not use it only due to this.

Have u eave heard of the book called 'China Study'? It is really great stuff to read. That survey took place for more than 30 years and loads of ppl took place in it. And troughout that survey it was understood that food influences out mind and body a big time and most of illnesses, even including cancer, are curable. So in that book it was proved that amimal products (including milk and, logically speaking, yogurt too) have not that good impact on our health. But look, if u have ur yogurt raw and, say, ones every 10-20 days (if it could make u happy in a way) then, it will not make much harm. But I would not gone for it. :)

Ps: Karlin, look, I read that we need to get at least 1000 mg of calcium a day.. I counted that if I eat 100 something nuts a day and all fruits and veggies then still I cant get enough calcium advised! Relax... I think there is no need to worry about it too much. I read in one of the articles that somewhere, where there is a lot of sun and ppl eat a lot of raw (meaning eating very healthily) their health is perfect even though they take only 400mg of calcium a day. Look, it is just my thinking, perhaps, but I think it is simply imossible to cover all the mg and mcg of vitamines and mimerals which we are advised to take on a daily base (u can be just forced to have 4-5 meals of raw and eat 200 and more nuts and seeds a day. It makes me think that those amounds required daily are related to vitamin pills some of us take. Obviouly taking vitamins and minerals in those supplements it is counted that NOT all the content of it will be assimilated by body (coz it is not that natural) and, therefor, they could double those doses in those daily vitamin requirements... All u need to do is just to eat very healthily, preferably 65-70% raw, no animal products, fruits in moderations (coz they are sweet), LOADS of greens, nuts and seeds and it will be u! :))... Yes, milk contains calcium but coz it is mainly pasterised (and even if not) our body can assimilate only 32-33% of calcium derived from it and the rest just goes to our bones by destroying them (just do some reading about it if u want to).. but calcium which could be found in veggies and GREENS is much more assimilated and does only good to our bodies.

Just relax, make ur meals vary and just enjoy ur food! U could also drink cabbage fresh juices on a daily base to supply extra calcioum to ur bones. But remember, cabbage is the only veg which after juicing starts loosing its goodness in 20 sec after juicing. So first juice cabbage and then u can mix other juces and drink them all together and drink within 5-10 min. But regarding cabbage - juice for couple of gulps then drink it, then again do the same. So juice it by little portions and as soon as u drink that small portion then juice another one (cabbage)..... :) ;)
