Getting rid of mold.

This is more of a question!

Has anyone experienced mold removal by weaning o3 (ozone) up slowly and letting it get rid of mold in the air?

The humidity needs to be under 60% for ozone generators to function properly.

Wondering if people have tried this with success?

Problem is that o3 affects plastics and rubber in high quantity.

Boric acid is a good mold remover/killer btw.

Anyway, can you provide more of your history? It sounds like you probably used Antibiotics heavily and suffer from leaky-gut. Probiotics and prebiotics are important, but in the billions to repopulate the gun. Omega-3s aid in the rebuilding of the gut wall. Suggest you look into lots of acidophilus, natural bacteria of the body. Consider weaning MSM upward very, very slowly as well. MSM is a food by the way, it also is necessary in all cells of your body. Your immune system will improve with it, especially since MSM is not part of the commercial NPK (nitrogen phosphorous potassium) fertilizer these days. Tweet
