Re: Adrenal Fatigue and Candida

good advice^^^

I to suffer from adrenal fatigue and candidia...I haven't been working on the AF as much mostly because I am unsure of what I should be doing but this post above definetely helps! I have been taking Sea Salt sometimes a small amount diluted in water in the morning sometimes as well as sprinkling it or just regular salt on my food...seems to help a bit...also trying to learn and cope with stress better and not stress over the little things which is really hard to do!

One thing I have noticed has really helped me...get a good nights rest!!! AT LEAST NINE HOURS! I know sometimes thats impossible but I notice if I get a couple nights of at least nine hours of sleep my candida symptoms are not as severe...7-8 hours I am still fairly functionable anything less and I am a zombie and my symptomss are much worse!!! Go to bed before nine at night ten at the lastest and try to sleep in til at least nine the next morning and do this at least a couple times of week if possible...trust me your body will definetely know the difference! Sometimes my antifungals make it hard for me to sleep so be carful what you take before you go to bed!

also for me eating carbs makes me sleep especially if I eat them for lunch...I suggest eating a good salad for or other green veggies and definetely meat(of course I don't follow my own advice I usually have brown rice for lunch and it does make me more tired!)
