According to an article I read, I have been taking molybdenum to cut down on the toxic waste products produced by candida. I also have hypoglycemia and am also quite sensitive to changes in blood sugar. So far molybdenum has not affected my blood sugar negatively that I can tell. I don't know if I'm allowed to post links, but do an internet search and type "acetaldehyde"+"candida"+"molybdenum" I think it brings up the article first or second on the results. In any event, I use the molybdenum to weaken candida metabolism, then the other therapeutic corrections I make don't seem to cause as much die off or side effects. Your mileage may vary so please do some checking up and by all means ask your healthcare provider before taking anything. Hope that helps!
