The JAMA report doesn't say that Undulant Fever is not caused by raw milk - it says that "some" cases raw milk may not be the culprit.
I tend to side with cautionary types. Although I don't drink milk now, if I had young children, I wouldn't give them raw milk. Now I am not saying that there is anything wrong with raw milk - lots of my friends drink it - but I would just prefer to err on the side of caution when it comes to my children.
