I just made a new batch of LBB. I use the bird's eye chili powder as Willow has posted above. The lobelia and rasberry were easily broken down in a coffee bean grinder to a finer end product. You don't really need these to be in powder form.
My recipe calls for 3 parts cascara sagrada, 2 parts ginger and 1 part of all others. I used to cap it up but now I just take a level tspn in the evening. Saves digesting all those capsules.
