yeah, the machine will work without the agitator.

But I would point out that the centrifugal affect it causes in exciting the water molecules are good when getting it to steam and exposing it to UV then passing the water back through the tube into the cooling chamber at that point the equilibrium of the system allows the water to make molecular changes. Hence the memory erasure of disease and pollutants.
