Thanks so much for this information on the Ellis machine. I purchased the $1700 machine myself a year ago.
Can you answer a question? Why does the water in the larger container sometimes overheat? The fan alone doesn't always keep it cool enough. Will it affect the quality of the water if it isn't kept cool enough? Also, I need to watch the water level because I have trouble getting it stay at the suggested level. Tweet
