sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you I have been away from the forum for some time.

I just trickle the water in very slowly and it works fine.

both the distilled and run off containers get hot and that is part of the process. if it is too cool it is not making good water. which means your water is going through to fast turn the in valve down to a trickle and adjust up from there. Tweet
