I've been experimenting with quantity and have found that for me I do best taking 5 droppersfull around lunch. I boil some water and splash it into the tincture twice to get rid of as much alcohol as possible.
It has been increasing my bowel movements as well.
I was taking 6 dropperfuls two times per day and had good energy but my sleep seemed a little disturbed, I think mostly because I get a little gas from it.
