Re: Can LF's seriously disrupt gut flora, esp from ES??

I have done many Liver Flushes and have always passed large gallstones. I finally quit passing them after about 7 or 8 flushes. I feel great after doing liver flushes. My intestines work better too, because the bile is helping my digestion. I have found it easier to clear out Candida when my liver is clean. I have not had any problems with the magnesium causing gut flora problems and I would personally be looking at other causes, such as Amoeba or Giardia that might cause you to have the runs. Typically low gut flora causes constipation not the reverse. I would always recommend taking good probiotics after doing a liver flush, or colonic or colonoscopy for that matter.
