Can LF's seriously disrupt gut flora, esp from ES??

Since doing Liver Flushes for the past 1.5 yrs (about 1 a month, sometimes 2 nights back to back) - i've been getting very loose (unformed) stools in the am's. My husband went to a doctor that did stool testing for his gut flora & said he needed to seriously rebuild his gut lining! He's only been doing flushes about a few months but has since had loose stools throughout the day also.

Could the ES we take (acdng to Moritz protocol - 1T 6pm, 8pm & 1T in morning 2 times) be ruining our gut flora? It seems very harsh. Plus we do double-flushes sometimes.

Maybe we should space out the flushes every 6 wks instead? (I still get hundred of stones each time, some 1" big & more on the 2nd flush of the double-flush...)

Maybe it's the time it takes for our liver's to remake the bile we flushed out (takes about a month I've heard, on this forum)- preventing us from getting all the nutrition we could from our food? Maybe then it's extremely important to take ox bile while in the monthly Liver Flush mode?? Thanks for your thoughts...
