I will nerver forget, looking up a fannie mae re-po that I was considering buying, it was supposed to be a stick built house, 3/2 with a garage, it was a 45 year old trashed mobile about ready to fall off of it's foundations.
For a lot of people, re-pos stoped in their tracks when the homeowner showed up in court and said, I don't owe you a dime, let me see something that I signed.
