Hi Cat, beware the non-organic beet: it's heavily GM'd...
anything 'beet' in fact, which is refined sugars, and these are in everything.

Green leafy vegetables, sprouts and all live high-mineral foods would be good. Kelp would be great. The more organic the better, but even then, "high brix" is another needed quality, and quite elusive.
