Re: Cortisol and chronic hypoglycemia vs. reactive hypoglycemia?

My feeling is that it is how we treat our animals that be ome our meat that matters. I was raised a vegetarian and became hypothyroid, in part, due to the lack of quality protein and excess of soy. I need meat for my health as many of us in this forum do. I choose to eat only local grass fed pastures humanely butchered meat bought from my local ranchers that I chat with every time I see them. That is my choice and I feel karmically good for it. To each their own.
