Re: Cortisol and chronic hypoglycemia vs. reactive hypoglycemia?

I feel for you, it can be hard to know what to do.

Hv knows far more about it than I do so if I were you, I'd address your question to him. There are horror stories out there about virtually everything.

My thoughts are ... please note, I don't have your condition and this is what works for me ... I avoid all vitamin and mineral supplements. But perhaps in some cases, these supplements are needed to save lives and turn things around, just as (rarely) drugs like Antibiotics may be needed too.

For supplements, I use only herbs from plant sources and I also use essential oils.

I find that MH's Book 1 is excellent and I also agree with a lot of what Hv says.

I think that the best thing to do is to read (I'm now very selective as to what I read) and follow your intuition.

I do believe that there is one disease, one cure. The disease is caused by our habits (no one wants to hear this) and our genetics and our environment. But the cure lies within us and our own bodies are self-repairing, if we allow them to be and if they're not past the point of no return ...
