Cortisol and chronic hypoglycemia vs. reactive hypoglycemia?

You know, it does seem that cortisol can be the culprit behind hypoglycemia, excluding other things like insulinomas, etc., but cortisol only explains CHRONIC hypoglycemia, not reactive, in my opinion.

By "chronic" I mean needing to eat at regular short intervals.

By "reactive" I mean not being able to eat carbs or anything with Sugar in it without having a drop in blood sugar.

Hveragerthi says chromium deficiency is behind reactive hypoglycemia and recommends chromium polynicotinate to correct it. Personally, I am very hesitant to try ANY chromium after reading several horror stories about the picolinate form.

What do you think?
