Basicly I didnt take ANY companion supplements. Just a multivitamin with it. I thought it was just simple as taking a few drops of Iodine per day. I am now supplementing Selenium cystiene however, 1200mcg per day. So catching up with my Selenium. I have STOPPED all Iodine intake.
How long do you think it would take for any thyroid damage to be reversed?
