Herbs for adrenal fatigue and experiences?


Hey all!

I'd like to find out what herbs we've tried round here and what our experiences have been with them.

I just started using ashwaghanda tincture and it's giving me gas, which isn't surprising because EVERYTHING gives me gas! Grrr. But I was hoping that the tincture wouldn't. Oh well. I'm interested in trying some other herbs. What you got peeps?

Ginger is my adrenal herb of choice so far. I drink Ginger juice during a crash and it often immediately takes the pressure off of my head and body. It's good stuff.

According to one site:
Ginger root helps modulate cortisol levels, normalize blood pressure and heart rate, burn fat, increase energy and metabolic rate and stimulate digestive enzyme secretions for proteins and fatty acids.
