You have noticed increased goiter related problems in your own case with higher dose iodine, or or noticed same when surveying many cases? in other words are you speaking as a patient or as a health professional? Just curious. No, I have not recently tried the dose you suggest. My thyroid hormone levels need to be redone. I think my goiter may be multi-nodal. Last scan was inconclusive and that needs to be re-done, too.
