For what it's worth, I suffer often with RLS and have posted about it here a few times. Magnesium doesn't seem to make a huge difference for me. I have many neurological issues anyway, so it's probably related to that. I often feel the restless sensation not only in my legs, but even my brain and whole body. Sometimes just the legs. Very hard to describe and very uncomfortable, though not painful. It mostly happens at night, and I have found that Hyland's Restful Legs formula makes a huge difference. I would say that it fixes the problem 85% of the time within 30 minutes. I go through the stuff fairly quickly, and I wouldn't be without it.
