Let me preface by saying that I have NOT done the Liver Flush - but I asked this question a couple weeks back on the Master-Cleanse forum and the consensus seemed to be that although a parasite cleanse is advisable, it is not mandatory. I'm not planning on doing one prior, anyway, if I do end up Lflushing.
