Somewhere along the line the
Hulda Clark flush was revised. Those of us who began, and had great success with the original version know that HCL and Walnut tincture are not necessary. The Ornithine may help you sleep, but most of us do not use it. Here is your basic list of ingredients:
four tablespoons of Epsom salt
three cups of water, apple juice or fresh grapefruit juice for dissolving the Epsom salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup (or a little more) fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (or lemon)
some also use : peppermint or ginger for nausea, Melatonin or Ornithine to help sleep
Just using these basic inexpensive ingredients will be all you need for a good flush.
